Standard delivery - £3.99 2-5 working days
Next day delivery - £7.99 Mon - Fri

Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next working day.
Orders placed after 1pm Friday and over the weekend will not be processed until Monday and delivery will be Tuesday.

RETURNS POLICY

We promise to refund any item you are not happy with providing you return the item to us in its original condition with tags still attached within 14 days of receipt.

Pierced jewellery items are non returnable due to hygiene reasons

We ask that you take great care when trying on garments. We cannot accept returns on items with marks from make up, fake tan, creams or any other visible marks. Any returns found to be in an unsaleable condition upon return will not be accepted and be returned to you.

We can only offer a refund on stock no exchanges are given.

We currently do not offer prepaid or free returns.

Any faulty items will be exchanged or refunded as well as the return postage fee as long as standard delivery service is used. Next day delivery charges will only be covered to the standard fee.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed once we have received your item. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to show in your account. Please note your postage fee for return is not refunded.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and/or send returns via a signed for service as items lost on return will not be Blossom Boutiques responsibility and will not be processed.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

Package up the item(s) in the original packaging and condition with labels still attached

Fill out the returns form and pop it into the returns parcel. Please make sure all sections are filled out as without this we may not be able to process your refund.
